Curious comment I heard today: “My camera system is better than yours, you must be buying from the wrong camera vendor”. Hmmm, the “better” camera system is brand new, the “not-so-good” camera system is 7 years old…. My brand new truck is better than your 7 year old truck, you must be buying from the wrong truck dealer. Same logic, but for some reason many people use weird logic when discussing technology. Cameras and recorders have gone through a massive change the last 4 years. If your cameras don’t look great, you may be able to just upgrade the cameras and make a huge difference.
